To complete your registration, please submit the following documents to the GFFHR Registration Department at registrar@gffhr.org within 72 hours of receiving the official registration forms:

Completed Registration Forms (Form A & B) – Please fill out both forms clearly using a blue pen and submit a scanned copy.

International Passport Bio-data – A scanned copy of both the front and back of your passport’s data page.
